I have watched Robin’s mosaic skills evolve, and of course, I chose a Phoenix for this mosaic. She has sent me photos as the Phoenix emerged. I squealed with each new picture. The final product is this fantastic fire and ice Phoenix… just like me. I’m full of fire and passion for those who are in struggle and those who treat me, my family, and others with compassion, dignity, and mutual respect… but I’m quite capable of matching energy for energy and “freezing someone out” for egregious offenses and boundary violations when I can take no more… and I’m fine with that.
